We supply 3 densities. 1200gsm / 2000gsm / 3000gsm.
'gsm' means 'grams per square meter'.
As an example, 2000gsm is 2kg of wool per square meter

Natural Wool has a Natural 'Straw Yellow' Hue. Natural Wool is straight off the back of the sheep (after medical grade cleaning) hence has no colour treatment.
Wool may contain traces of natural flora/fauna from the low processing of the wool. This however is what gives such a great texture. If you find any, please just cut / pull out of the rug.

Shake upon unpacking to texturise and fluff out your new rug
Use a flexible, plastic garden rake to shed loose strands. Rug will shed initially but over time will reduce greatly as any unfixed strands of wool are lost
Hang over structure ( example fence / balustrade ) and hose with mild detergent when needed
A smell maybe be noticed first time- Will go away with time
Mistakes in dimensions and small defects may exist- Those rugs are HAND MADE
The photos are not the exact rug you will receive.Rugs are in their packaging already awaiting dispatch and avoiding delays.

DELIVERY NOTICE: Authority is given to the courier to leave all items. If you think you will not be available/home on the delivery date please provide an alternate address (e.g. work address). We accept no responsibility for theft/weather damage for unattended deliveries.
IMPORTANT: Drivers will not call/SMS before delivery. If you are not home and the driver deems it not safe to leave the item/s at your address (due to high risk of theft/access restrictions (unit/gated) a card will be left and collection from their depot will be required. Re-delivery can be arranged, however additional charges apply and you must contact us (Brand Warehouse) to arrange for the re-delivery (this condition is in place for yout items safety).
