Missing parts in your order received ?
It is very rare to have parts missing from your order,
All packages are doubled checked and counted 2 times before posting, Video recording taking place during the final process of dispatching and confirmation of contents.
The process for return or sending to customer missing parts will mean loss for us and is not logical to happen as long we care for our financial results as a business and in regards of a good reputation.
If we failed with the above, be sure that we will respond promptly to a genuine request and we will resolve the issue.
Mind that delays will occur and remember that nobody is perfect.
